About the Role

As a Senior BI Analyst & Engineer, you will work on allocated projects and product or solution development initiatives, translating business requirements into scalable analytical solutions and trusted reporting assets. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and delivery teams to design analytical models, build reusable business logic, and deliver highquality analytics solutions that support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Analytical data modeling, semantic models, and reporting structures
  • KPI, measure, and business logic design
  • Data validation, reconciliation, and business-facing analytics support
  • Close collaboration with business stakeholders and delivery teams

Required Qualifications 

  • Strong data analysis and BI mindset
  • Proven experience in Data Analyst / BI Analyst / Analytics Engineer type roles
  • Strong expertise in data modeling and analytical solution design o Strong SQL skills
  • Experience with semantic models and self-service analytics
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English

Nice-to-Have Skills 

  • Hands-on experience with Power BI
  • Experience with dbt or similar transformation tools
  • Databricks SQL / modern cloud analytics platforms
  • Understanding of ETL/ELT and analytics engineering concepts
